Takigawa Hina goes to a locally famous all-girls school, and she's my girlfriend. We're both perverts, and our hearts are as one. ...at least that's what I think, but there's one thing she just won't show me. In front of my very eyes, for me and for me alone, I want her to pee!!! In order to take our relationship to the next level, I'm going to rise to the challenge...!!

Which is the best anime soundtrack?

I have two different answers for this question. One would be the soundtrack for Cowboy Bebop. This soundtrack I find, is one of those that you can listen with or without the context that it comes from; it features jazz and music you can either jam to, or just listen profoundly.
Some of the pieces by Yoko Kanno are just mesmerizing, one being Green Bird that is placed when the protagonist of the anime falls down a church window and has a flashback of his life, however, it is a piece that is a bit confusing when listened to alone. Another good soundtrack would be that of Shingeki no Kyojin: One of my new favorites, Hiroyuki Sawano, composed the soundtrack for said anime.
These pieces are not ones you could really show to your friends without them giving you weird looks.
However, the music in this feels as gigantic and action driven as the whole series, and is definitely a key part in the anime's tone. My favorite piece is Vogel Im Kafig, which plays in a crucial scene in the beginning of the series. I tend to choose anime/movies/series that have soundtracks that attract me with their music, because if I don't like the plot itself, I always have the music to listen to after.
