The written word is a powerful tool... something Mikimoto knows all too well. Talented and devious, Mikimoto has everything it takes to make a top-rated journalist, but what would a journalist be without a good scandal to write about? Developing his own personal underground newspaper, Mikimoto carefully plants the seeds of anger and wanton lust within his male classmates - all aimed towards just one person: the voluptuous Nanase. When his classmates finally go after her to punish her for all of her "sins," Mikimoto silently records every depraved moment.

Is there any good gay anime out there?

You could look for the Yaoi, Yuri or shounen ai genre and see whats popular.
They’re more focused on relationships between characters of the same sex. But whether if there is any ‘good anime’ of any genre would depend on what you would prefer.
Some might say there aren’t any good harem anime while some will disagree.
Of course it all goes down to what you like and what you don’t. Ah, but if you’re looking for recommendations, I’ll try and come up with a nice list. Yuri On Ice was a huge deal when it came out.
It’s about a Japanese skater called Yuuri Katsuki who’s idol, a Russian skater called Victor Nikiforov came to coach him.
Their relationship develops throughout the anime.
Alongside, we meet a diverse cast of Yuri Plisetsky who share the same name with Yuuri and another admirer of Victor, and more characters from all over the world.
It was entertaining to watch with fun and likeable characters. No.
6 is set in a ‘supposedly’ perfect utopian city, about a well-off young man Shion and an outsider vigilante sought out by the city, Nezumi.
Shion and Nezumi’s relationship was subtle, not over-the-top or used as plot devices, but rather, their relationship was central to their characters and was very relatable.
I really enjoyed it’s story telling, interesting concepts and this endearing relationship. Love Stage is about Ryouma, a popular actor who had acted with Izumi in a wedding commercial when they were children.
He fell in love with the Izumi wearing a dress, not knowing he was a boy.
He attempts to reconnect with his ‘dream girl’ of his and it’s a bit bumpy along the way but they eventually develop a friendship that turns to more.
Their relationship is very sweet and comedic, and all the characters are a lot of fun to watch. There’s of course lots more but these are the ones I’d recommend to those who aren’t too familiar with ‘gay anime’.
Although if you’re planning on going to watch the more hardcore ones, I’d suggest that you prepare some privacy as to avoid awkward moments…
